Through her roles as CEO of Utltraceuticals and Pivot Point International and as vice president of North American Sales, Distribution and Global Education at Aveda, Karen Wilkin-Donachie brings 25 years experience to her new role at Collective Beauty Brands.
Karen Wilkin-Donachie joins Collective Beauty Brands (CBB) with a vision to expand the company and brands to establish a global footprint, further develop the culture of product innovation, continue building deep, personal connections with salon partners and consumers, deliver compelling digital and social ecosystems and unrivaled in-salon experiences. Wilkin-Donachie is an entrepreneurial, customer-focused leader who brings 25 years of international experience in North American, Asia Pacific and European regions, in the professional beauty industry through her CEO roles at Ultraceuticals and Pivot Point International and as Vice President of North American Sales & Distribution & Global Education at Aveda (Estee Lauder). She holds an MBA and Bachelor of Science Degree (psychology & physiology).
Born in Australia, Karen has spent fifteen years based in the US market maximizing the potential and global growth opportunities of professional beauty brands. The cornerstone to her success has been her dedication to unleash the full potential of her team, development of win/win partnerships with international distributors, and her ability to create an organizational culture that fosters collaborative strategic planning and a passion to execute with excellence. Beauty professionals inspired Karen’s career from an early stage. She has always deeply respected the work that they do and the positive impact they create in the lives of whom they touch.
