Mangomint is rolling out a new, simplified pricing model that moves in the opposite direction of where most software companies are headed: instead of new tiers, upcharges, or feature paywalls, the salon and spa software platform is lowering costs and giving all customers access to features that used to require an upgrade.
Starting August 1, 2026, every Mangomint customer moves to one plan: $120/month per location plus $10/month per user.
“Mangomint is a premium platform, and we’d set the price accordingly. With this change, our goal is to make the same premium platform and service accessible to literally all salons and spas,” says Daniel Lang, CEO at Mangomint.
Mangomint's core features that previously required an upgrade are now available to all Mangomint customers at no additional cost:
-Express Booking
-Memberships
-Virtual Waiting Room
-Forms & Charting
-Web Chat
-HIPAA compliance (with a signed BAA)
-Integrations, including Shopify and Webhooks
Optional add-ons remain for salons and spas that need them—phone (calls and texting), full-service payroll, and marketing—but the core of the platform is now available to every customer, not gated behind the pricier plans.
The move lands at a moment when many companies, across nearly every industry, are raising prices and gutting access. Mangomint's approach is a deliberate bet that simplicity and inclusion, not segmentation, is what salon and spa owners want from their software partner.
“The goal is to remove the pricing barrier for businesses that could really benefit from Mangomint today,” says Iris Pyland, Mangomint’s VP of Customer Operations. “We want to make it easy for them to get started on day one, and then help them grow with Mangomint.”
Existing Mangomint customers don't need to do anything to make the switch—it happens automatically on August 1. Mangomint says any customer whose bill would have gone up under the new structure will be grandfathered at their current price.
