After two successful Speak Up events, Millennium International announces plans for a third in its educational roadshow series, this time at the company’s headquarters in Parsippany, New Jersey, on Monday, February 23.

At the New Jersey event, Millennium’s John Harms and Robert Maconi will show owners how to foster growth through culture. Participants will learn how to identify their salon cultures, how culture and growth work hand in hand, and how to get team members on board through education, motivation and incentives.

Next, Demandforce’s Kristen McKiernan will join Maconi for a class entitled “5 Emails You Should Send Your Clients Today.” Owners will learn to make the most out of their number one asset—their databases—and how to leverage information they already know about their clients’ visits and purchasing habits to get them visiting, spending and referring more. The session promises to deliver five emails that owners can immediately use to transform their marketing strategies.

The goal of Speak Up is to unite, educate and empower salon owners and managers from the same community with one common goal—to be successful. Each attendee will walk away with a game plan that he or she can immediately implement into his or her business. “The whole objective is to help create a community of savvy beauty professionals who ultimately strengthen this industry that we all love,” says Harms.

The Speak Up events welcome both Millennium clients and non-clients. One hundred percent of the proceeds from the upcoming New Jersey event will be donated to Friends Are By Your Side.
