Aware Products Division Director Judy Arbour-Fall

Central to this reorganization is the appointment of Judy Arbour-Fall as Division Director. In this new role, Arbour-Fall will be responsible for the leadership, growth, and overall development of the Personalized Branding division. An executive with more than 20 years of experience in product, package and business development, Arbour-Fall began her career at Glemby International, which operated more than 1,600 hair salons worldwide. Over the course of her career, she has been instrumental in the development of products for Merle Norman Cosmetics, Victoria’s Secret, Origins, Nature’s Gate, and Guthy-Renker. 

As part of Arbour-Fall’s team, Toi Holmes has been promoted to the role of Divisional Sales Manager. A California state licensed esthetician, she has 17 years of experience in the aesthetic, cosmetic and personal care industry. Holmes joined Aware Products in 2012 as an Account Manager. 

“What we’re doing at Aware is a complete reinvention of the personalized branding/private label concept,” Arbour-Fall said. “We are the incubator for Personalized Branding, helping our salon partners go from obscurity to a National Brand through innovative, customized products. In-salon education is a key focus, along with top-quality merchandising and sell-through assistance. We believe in our partners and the products we create with them, and we want to see them soar.”
