Stacey Soble | December 3, 2012 | 12:00 PM

The 12 Days of ST200: Announcing Recruitment and TrainingThe future of any salon or spa relies on the strength of its recruitment and training program. We invited ST200 applicants to write to a graduating student and describe how they reach and cultivate candidates, their interviewing processes and expectations, and the unique stages of their training programs.
