As Visible Changes worked to rebrand its website in 2012, it partnered with Evoke Brand Strategies to help it create a mobile site with online booking and online store integration. Guests using the mobile site can now learn about different locations, visit the style gallery, read the salon news, connect to the salon’s social media platforms, book an appointment and shop in the salon’s store all from the palm of their hands. “The feedback from our current and prospective clients far exceeded our expectations,” says McCormack. “Between October and May, we had more than 104,000 unique visitors.”
