To kick off the Love Your Selfie campaign, Neff installed #urbanbetty decals on all the station mirrors and offered guests a complimentary travel-sized product when they posted and tagged their selfies on Instagram.

“Not only did we increase our social media engagement, but we also introduced our guests to new products, which resulted in a 10% increase in retail sales,” Neff says. “During the campaign, more than 60 clients posted their selfies, exposing Urban Betty to their Instagram followers.”
