The internal human resources and recruitment teams at Mario Tricoci were looking for a better way to communicate with and engage potential new hires.

The Mario Tricoci Careers Facebook page allows employees to share with prospects what they love about their jobs.

Working with Ideas the Evoke, the company developed a career-specific brand to generate awareness among candidates and to increase the number of applications through social media. Mario Tricoci Careers features a recruitment-specific Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages which gives candidates the opportunity to engage with the company about culture, job application process and career growth. A Mario Tricoci Careers blog showcases company staff and encourages application, and “I Am Mario” posts showcase current staff and why they love their jobs.

“The campaign increased online applications by 75 percent in the first year,” Kelly Ehlers says.
