“Adding to the end-of-day recap email from each department, the campus directors tasked team members to include a story from their day that exemplified our mission of ‘Inspire Greatness,’” says Anne Skubis, marketing director. “At first, the stories were simple and expected, but as the team caught on, amazing stories started to emerge, and then the culture shifted—as we focused on the exceptional, more exceptional began to emerge.”

The directors took to social media to share the most heart-warming stories, utilizing the hashtag #InspireGreatnessSOTW.
