In February 2015, the salon implemented Instagram takeovers—an Instagram campaign in which a professional who works for the company is designated to take over posting for the Charles Penzone account for the day.

“This is a great way for our professionals to market themselves, as well as a great incentive for our professionals to sign up for an official Instagram account,” Debra Penzone says. “This allows followers to get a sneak peek into the salon, where professionals highlight their work, newest services and favorite products.”
