To make their website more interactive, Andrew and Kim Todd started publishing two blogs each month, one related to recent news about the salon and the second which introduces a specific member of the team. When the salon launched a bi-monthly eletter to clients, they started featuring the blogs in the e-letter.

“These eletters triple the traffic to our site, which keeps us engaged and excited about creating blogs we want to share,” Andrew Todd says. “It also gives us material we can share across other platforms, including a national email sent to L’Oreal professionals about our advanced training program.”
