1. How do I register?

2017 registration is now closed.  Stay tuned for 2018 registration, opening summer 2018.

Why didn’t I receive confirmation when I registered?

If you register online, confirmations are automatically sent out to the email you provided during the registration process. If you did not receive a confirmation, please check your spam folder. Please contact (800) 576-8788 if you have any questions or concerns about your registration status.

Will I receive my show badge in the mail?

No. Attendee badges are not mailed out before the event but will be available for pick up at the HAIR+ Summit registration desk at the venue.

Why should I pre-register?

You should pre-register in order to take advantage of the Early Bird Discount Rate and to secure your seat as there is limited aspace at the event. If you register after the early bird deadline, you will be charged the regular rate.  Pre-registering will also save you valuable time in line at the registration counter at the show.

Can I register at the event?

Yes, space allowing, you may purchase any of the passes directly at the event. However, space at HAIR+ Summit is limited and the only way to guarantee a seat is to pre-register.

I registered and paid for HAIR+ Summit but I can no longer make it.  Can I get a refund?

Cancellations must be made in writing and must be postmarked before the early bird deadline to qualify for a refund. No refunds will be issued after that date. Please email your cancellation letter to Lorena Cardenas or mail/fax to:

Can I transfer my badge to someone else?

Any name changes or transferring of badges may be done upon show management’s discretion.  Please email your request to Lorena Cardenas or fax it to (310) 533-2511.

Where do I stay during the duration of the conference?

Hotel information can be found on the location section of the website. Book your hotel soon as it will get filled quickly!

Can I bring my children to Hair+ Summit?

No one under 16 years of age will be admitted.  No exceptions.
