Frank Fang, Publisher and Editor of Top Art, was one of the judges at Goldwell's COLOR ZOOM, held last week in London. In this interview, Frank offers suggestions on how to get published in his magazine, one of the top in Asia.
According to Frank, one of the most important things to remember is that it is always best to send a "collection", a minimum of three different looks with a theme. Every element of each image is key...above and beyond the hair. "The model, photography, fashion and make up must be top notch," he says. "We would love to publish beautiful images from the United States."
