Ratner Makes New Appointments to Their Leadership Team

Ratner Companies family-owned and operated chain of hair salons announces two appointments to their leadership team: Liz Hodges as vice president, head of marketing and guest experience and Paula Malloy as vice president BCC (Ratner’s upscale salon operation, consisting of Bubbles and Salon Cielo) education and Ratner technical education.

In this leadership position, Liz will play an integral role in evolving our marketing strategy and ensuring we engage guests, to deliver on our purpose to wow and delight every one,” said Phil Horvath, president and COO of Ratner Companies.
“And Paula's leadership will be key as we evolve our BCC brands to be the premier regional salon group on the east coast and in Florida, with the goal to ultimately expand the brand elsewhere,” Horvath continues. “She will also add her experience, insight and leadership as a member of the Executive Committee, as we continue to evolve Ratner Companies on our HOPE Journey.”
Hodges has over 20 years of experience in various marketing and merchandising roles, most recently in marketing leadership for Rue 21 and Chico’s. She has expertise in guest loyalty programs, Client Relationship Management/CRM and social and digital strategies. A
Malloy brings over 30 years of experience in the salon industry to this role. She started as a salon professional and wducator before growing her career into leadership. Paula has served as vice president of education and sales in companies such as Sebastian and GHD styling tools. She also spent more than eight years as vice president of merchandising and education at JC Penney Salons. She will oversee all aspects of the BCC business, working with BCC Operations, Training and the other cross-functional Resource Center team members who support Ratner’s BCC brands.
