When a guest reads La Belle Vous’ service menu, the owners want them to experience the same feeling one has when sitting down to enjoy a sublime dinner in a Michelin-starred restaurant. So the menu was designed to read like a menu from a chic French bistro, with a simple, clean, elegant look and headings such as “Specialite de la Maison,” and “Desserts.”

 “Along with evoking a feeling of anticipation for a first-class experience, our menu is designed to encourage up-sells and add-ons,” says Tapia. “After all, when dining in a fabulous restaurant, how many people only order one course?”
