Cutting Loose Salon Mobile App

Available for Android and iPhone, Cutting Loose’s app engages guests and rewards them for interacting with the salon. The app’s loyalty card acts as a mobile punch card. The guest uses the app to scan a QR code that is displayed at the reception desk, on stations and in the color lounge. Once a guest collects 10 check-ins, she may redeem them for a voucher for 20 percent off a salon service. A refer-a-friend function encourages guests to send friends vouchers for half off their first cut directly to their contacts in their phones.

“Once the guest emails the voucher, we get a receipt showing the referring guest and whom they sent the email to,” says Pleas. “The app also shows our services, products and has links to our social media sites, a feedback section and an appointment request feature.”
