When Owners Terry McKee and James Amato launched the new website for Nuovo Salon Group, their main goal was for it to act as an online portal for the company’s salon group with four locations. “It had to demonstrate our commitment to excellent customer service, continuing education, fashion and style, as well as our environmental advocacy,” says McKee.

The understated watercolor design of the site complements the design elements of the salon’s four locations, and the site’s home page contains a mosaic or works and pictures that define Nuovo. The site, which was developed with Imaginal Marketing Group, contains a number of consumer- and business-friendly features, such as online booking, online gift card purchase, a careers page and online application, a portal for members of the salon’s reward programs, a new client offer, and a digital referral program which automatically sends product vouchers to guests who refer new clients.

Since its launch, about 20,000 people have visited the site, with 63% of them being new visitors.
