Online scheduling/smarter appointment booking remembers how long it takes for each client's appointment. E-Commerce allows you to sell gift cards, process sales online and keep track of inventory. Appointment Waitlist helps save business until a staff member is available. Salon Travel Sheet summarize appointment details for clients using multiple staff members. Client Formula Tracking stores clients' historic preferences and hair formulas.
Cost $29/month for single stylists; $65/month for up to five professionals. Cost includes all training, ongoing customer support and other value-add features. Set-up is free for up to 12 professionals.
Training All training is free and is conducted live via WebEx over the internet and phone. Onsite training is available for a fee. Demos are available online at Sales reps are also available to do live demos over the internet.
Tech support
Training and technical support is provided both when the software is first purchased and is available indefinitely after that for free. Support is provided live, over the phone and via chat, e-mail and/or through web documentation. We also provide an intensive education workshop for those who want it.
