“The central waiting area and front desk is a vast improvement on the past. Previously, our front desk was small and often became overcrowded on our busiest days. Now it’s spacious and open-planned, giving each client a calm and comfortable introduction. The new waiting area has allowed us to make the checking in, coat check and checking out process ultra smooth and efficient.”
