After a successful prom promotion in 2012, the Saabs knew this year’s season could be even more successful with a coordinated campaign. Working with Imaginal Marketing, to develop an update to the salon website and Facebook page, an ecard to existing guests through Demandforce, as well as in-salon posters, cash wrap signage and fliers. Fresh, whimsical artwork combines with the “Your One-Stop Shop” theme to attract high school seniors and their parents to shop SAAB for the full prom experience – a special package including hairstyle, makeup application, and mini manicure and pedicure for $200. “We knew our target market include heavy social media users, so we made sure to link all our pieces to Facebook where our fans could like them and share them with friends,” say the Saabs. “As a result, we booked $4,05 in prom appointments, plus we exposed our brand to a younger market, many of whom will return for years to come.”
