Knowing that men can be some of the most loyal customers, Posh Salon developed a male-focused loyalty program. While the salon wanted a punch-card approach, they also wanted something sophisticated to appeal to their target of male professionals aged 25-60.
“We launched the punch cards in February and we’re seeing a lot more men coming in regularly—we also saw a 92% increase in new guests the first half of this year, and 224 of these guests are male guests,” says Owner Nadia Duncan.
