One of Fusion’s goals was to increase its recruitment efforts over the past year. To do so, the salon partnered with Imaginal Marketing, who wrote a custom blog that explained the hiring process to potential employees. One of the underlying goals of the blog was transparency—the owner wanted to demystify the application and interview process, making it less intimidating to potential team members.
An interview with the lead stylist explained how the hiring and training processes work, and the blog was written in a casual, comfortable tone that is reflective of the salon’s work environment. It was viewed by 88 users and led to a surge in stylist applications.
