Prior to developing their new site, the nine salons located with Belk department stores didn’t have their own site, but maintained a small online presence within the corporate site. The salon chain developed a custom website that increased brand awareness and provided visitors with access to more information about all of the salon locations. Now, both current and potential clients have access to the salon menu, current specials, online booking, a brand story, product information, how-to styling videos and samples of their team’s work.
