Adam Broderick Salon & Spa in Ridgefield, Connecticut unveils an amenity-rich, tech-savvy redesign to complement their growing clientele.  The salon’s commitment to the client experience manifests in a new tablet check-in system, strategically located charging stations, high speed Wi-Fi, a digital video wall, and complimentary amenities such as freshly brewed Starbucks coffee and wine.

“This was truly a dream project where compromise was not an option,” says Founder Adam Broderick. “I worked with an excellent team to design the best concept and once the initial creative process was complete, we modified where needed. I always recommend thinking outside the box during the creative concept process. This way, you can always scale back and tweak, never sacrificing the original vision.”

The redesign includes a private hair color area that serves as a home to the team of experienced color specialists with beautiful lighting and an independent ventilation system.  The ab nail bar features cozy pedicure benches and a unique semi-circular nail bar that is perfect for a quick manicure.  The space also serves as a gathering place for beauty parties.

The ab boutique features a new area for makeup application, lash and brow services, and a selection of fashion accessories, gifts, and beauty brands. A private, sunless tanning service room offers customized tanning options using an automated system.

The second floor is all about hair and is illuminated by floor-to-ceiling curved windows that allow for natural light and expanded views. Three shampoo lounges equipped with reclined chaises pamper clients while they are shampooed. The new now bar is the location for services such as manicures, demonstrations, or a meeting with a personal beauty shopper.

To bring the new design vision to reality, Broderick tapped into the well-respected interior design firms Sheridan & Co. and Pam Gugliotta of PG Interiors to create the crisp and pristine color palette of platinum, chocolate brown and white, with pops of chartreuse for contrast.
