Training
All training is free and is conducted live via WebEx over the internet and phone. Onsite training is available for a fee. Demos are available online at mindbodyonline.com/salon. Sales reps are also available to do live demos over the internet.
Tech support
Training and technical support is provided both when the software is first purchased and is available indefinitely after that for free. Support is provided live, over the phone and via chat, e-mail and/or through web documentation. We also provide an intensive education workshop for those who want it.
