Serious Business, the celebrated beauty business education event produced by the Neill Company, recently announced its theme for its 26th annual conference--"Evolve." The announcement was made by Debra Neill-Baker, founder of Serious Business, during and Instagram Live session with Stefanie Roldan and Tatum Neill.

"The theme comes as a result of paying attention and being aware to what's going on in the world," Neill-Baker says. "The theme has always been, 'What does the world need?' We each need to be committed to evolving; we need to inspire others to evolve."

Serious Business has been a cornerstone event for salon and spa professionals, offering a platform for education, inspiration and growth. This year's theme, "Evolve," emphasizes the necessity for continuous personal and professional development in an ever-changing world.

"Serious Business is really about growing ourselves and our businesses. One doesn't happen without the other," Neill-Baker added.

The conference, held annually in New Orleans, brings together top professionals from the beauty industry to explore new ideas, strategies and techniques. Attendees will experience a diverse lineup of speakers, workshops and networking opportunities, all designed to challenge and expand their thinking.

Serious Business continues to uphold its reputation as a transformative event where salon and spa professionals can expose, evoke and evolve their perspectives. The conference will take place from January 12-13, 2025 in New Orleans, and tickets are now available for purchase at seriousbusiness.net
