A few years back, two salon leaders who were traveling to Atlanta for the first Data-Driven Salon Summit met in baggage claim and decided to share a cab to the hotel. They immediately discovered they had opposing views on employment strategies, but they still managed to spark a friendship in that cab ride that has led to years of mutual support and the co-hosting responsibilities of the Clubhouse room The Leadershift Circle.

Rowena Yeager, the owner of Studio Wish Salon in Twinsburg, Ohio, and Jen LeBlanc, the manager of operations and director of marketing at Salon Rootz and Endz Salon Studios in Medina, Ohio, will kick off the 2021 Data-Driven Salon Summit, which will be co-located in Chicago with America's Beauty Show September 12-13, with an interactive session that takes a futuristic look at the emerging best practices that are fueling the core salon KPIs of SGP, Average Ticket, Productivity, Client Count and Client. From deskless salons to e-commerce they'll share both their personal experience, as well as ideas of owners that frequent their Clubhouse sessions.

And, in Clubhouse style, they're planning on calling audience members to the microphone to share their own best practices.

Here, SALON TODAY's Stacey Soble talks with Yeager and LeBlanc about their session.
