Smith & Cult has released its fall 2016 collection, which showcases a matte trend in lips and nails. Two new shades of The Tainted Lip Stained, burnt crimson Mad Heat and rosette caramel Kissing Tiny Flowers, come in velvety matte finishes. Additionally, two new Nailed Lacquers, Darjeeling Darling (an opaque, jaded forest green) and 1972 (an opaque, rose gold foil) can be topped with Flatte Top Coat to provide a matte effect.

Smith & Cult also introduces eye makeup for the first time. The Book of Eyes powder eye shadow palettes come in neutral, plume, copper and smoky palettes, all containing metallic micro-particles and translucent shimmer. The new B-Line Eye Pen is a water-resistant liner with a silky matte finish, available in charcoal, steel and deep sable shades. Eyes can be finished with Lash Dance Mascara in a velvet black formula that lengthens and thickens lashes.
