Each year, the beauty industry comes together to salute two professionals who have made a significant impact and contribution. NAHA 2011 (organized by the Professional Beauty Association (PBA)) is proud to induct East Coast Salon Services founder Stan Klet, Sr. into the NAHA Hall of Leaders and will recognize internationally renowned salon owner, businessman and educator Michael O'Rourke with the Lifetime Achievement Award.

NAHA's top honor, the Lifetime Achievement Award, recognizes exceptional contributions to the hair and beauty industry. As a stylist, educator, salon owner and businessman, O'Rourke has strived to create innovative products and techniques that transcend today's beauty arena. Evidence of this is his legacy product line "Michael O'Rourke Hair" and his Structure in Motion cutting style. As founder of Carlton Hair Salons and Sexy Hair Concepts, O'Rourke encourages stylists to unleash their creative potential. In addition to his business endeavors, education also plays a large role in O'Rourke's life. He opened the Institute of Courage, LLC in 2006 with the goal of educating and giving back to the international community of hair stylists. Today, his hard work and generosity have solidified O'Rourke as an icon in the professional beauty industry.

The Hall of Leaders Award recognizes outstanding contributions to the professional beauty industry. As an entrepreneur and philanthropist, Stan Klet, Sr. inspires many through his creativity and perseverance. After founding Garden State Beauty Supply, partnering with Redken Laboratories and eventually founding East Coast Salon Services, Klet has strived to promote the positive influence that stylists have on their clientele. Throughout his career, Klet never thought twice about giving back to charities and his employees, family and friends. His generosity and dedication to the professional beauty industry make him a role model for both up-and-coming as well as experienced beauty professionals.

NAHA is part of PBA Beauty Week, North America's largest, most inclusive beauty event, offering unlimited networking, education, and professional growth opportunities to all sectors of the beauty industry. The event is held July 30-August 2, 2011 at the Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada.
