Eco-Service

When a beauty tool breaks, it’s often easiest to just replace it. However, it’s more eco-friendly to fix the broken tool. Ernie Brauchli, founder and CEO of Artizen flatirons, has made it easy for his customers to get their irons repaired with his in-house factory trained service technicians. They use factory-approved components and can repair or replace appliances within 72 hours of receiving.

Artizen has also committed to reducing and reusing. The company reclaims all packaging material and boxes as well as working with other printing and mailing companies to reuse shipping cartons, minimize packaging and use eco-friendly inks. They also rebuild older appliances to be used as demos and share with salons as part of a service loaner program.
