On Rite Company recently held its Annual Business Symposium in Las Vegas, to help many of their top affiliated hair replacement clearly see their hair replacement business through the eyes of the ultimate consumer. With guest speakers from across North America, their On Rite GemTress and UltraTress affiliates were treated to a celebration of education, focus group research, new marketing strategies and dynamic promotional programs that will enhance each of their businesses. In addition, they helped with presentations for how to best approach prospective new female and male clients.
State Of The Industry Challenges: Andy Wright, president of On Rite opened the program with a valuable State Of The Industry presentation, sharing many of the challenges and opportunities that face the professional hair replacement business. This included comments on foreign markets inclusive of the effects of available hair resources, labor and supply and demand with a particular focus on the Orient.
Exciting On Rite Extras: A variety of inspiring presentations were shared by the On Rite management team including: Rhonda McCarthy, Darryl Graham, Marti Farber and Karla Hurtado as well as by many of their hair replacement center affiliates. They presented innovative new insights for how to improve your hair studio business with professional hair extensions, wigs and hair replacement systems.
Affinity Hair Extensions was launched to supplement the hair replacement business as a new brand with a very limited edition offering. They had a series of dynamic seminars on how to identify the different women’s market segments as well as new ways to capture potential consumers in each segment. Emotionally charged and inspiring opportunities through the Recover With Confidence program as well as how our new Kayla Martell marketing programs tie in, were presented to all attendees. ‘The Kayla Martell Effect’ was shared, showing how each affiliate can now have their own customized TV commercials and marketing campaigns, with Kayla Martell as a shared On Rite spokesmodel – for the local markets.
Special Hair Loss Research: An independent market research firm helped facilitate two extremely valuable focus groups with women and men. Everyone was able to personally watch the focus group respondents on a large live full-screen as they shared their personal thoughts through a professional research facilitator. Their goal was to determine the specific needs, desires, likes, dislikes and interests of today’s hair loss and hair replacement markets, by listening carefully to prospective hair replacement clients.
