Through the Beauty Bus Foundation’s in-home beauty and grooming visits, pop-up salons and bags of beauty program, the organization serves chronically or terminally ill men, women and children suffering from ALS, cancer, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, Parkinson’s, spinal cord injuries, stroke and other select neuromuscular and motor neuron diseases, as well as their caregivers. In five short years, the Beauty Bus has donated 3,800 services to more than 2,600 clients and delivered more than 14,500 bags of beauty. Their loving services provide a gentle and caring temporary break for both the client and the caregiver from doctor’s visits, hospitals and other stresses. The Beauty Bus Foundation is looking for beauty professionals who can donate some of their time, donations of products from distributors and manufacturers and sponsors for their Pop-Up Salons.
