Program: N’Centives (the “N” is used to connect the program to the Noëlle brand.)
Target Audience: Longterm, loyal clientele.
Goal: To reward the loyal clients who’ve patronized the spa for decades, despite multiple price increases, and expose them to new areas of the salon.
How it works: The Noëlle organization selected 100 of the most loyal clients –50 who bought services and products from the spa area and 50 of the salon’s most valuable clients. Each recipient was mailed a letter that recognized the individual as a valuable client and gifted her with a beautiful box of 24 handmade chocolate truffles. The box’s brown paper was tied with bronze ribbon and presented in a bronze metallic gift bag to tie the promotion with the brand. In addition, the 50 designated spa patrons were given a choice of a free salon service, and the 50 salon patrons were gifted with a spa service. Throughout the year, the valuable clients will receive special invitations to the spa’s healthy healing seminars and be the first to be invited to experience new salon and spa treatments.
Results: The program just launched, but Stefanick hopes helps fill up a typically slow summer season and encourage loyal guests to expand their use of Noëlle.
