Karie Bennett, owner of Atelier Salon and Spa and Atelier Studio in San Jose celebrated her 32 year as a hairdresser this year, but says going through the redCHOCOLATE program opened up her artistic mind in a way a class never has before. The program encourages colorists to go beyond technique to think about the end result and customizing options for individual clients. “It’s a completely new way of doing things, and changes the way your team approaches consultations, sells treatments, price services and markets color, and it gets your team into the art of color,” says Bennett.
