To increase retail sales, gather data about guests and create an interactive retail experience, Vito Mazza worked with Metroclick to design an interactive kiosk resembling a giant iPad that taught clients about the best products for their needs by walking them through the new Matrix Biolage Bio-Match quiz. When guests played the game, they were automatically entered to win a gift card and product basket and received a bounce-back email incentive thanking them for taking the quiz.

“By working with Matrix and Metrolink to create a fun, client-prescription touch-screen game, we stimulated an 18 percent client response, which resulted in a 70 percent increase in retail sales year over year for the 45-day contest,” Mazza, Jr., says.
