Long Sexy Hair

The Sexy Hair Tribe recently held a style council in Torrance, CA. During the week of January 22, Sexy Hair educators, sales executives and members of the leadership team gathered to talk about what’s coming in 2017.  This includes launches, education, and many, many events, including trade shows.

On Monday, they put on their red best and relaxed during the Sexy Hair Red Party.  They also celebrated the fact that their combined efforts over the past five years have raised well-over one million dollars for their chosen charity, Look Good, Feel Better.  Look Good Feel Better is a free, public service support program that helps people with cancer deal with the appearance side effects of cancer treatment. The Sexy Hair family has held walk-a-thons, cut-a-thons, and warehouse sales to fundraise and support the good work happening through Look Good, Feel Better.

“Giving back has always been part of our culture,” Karl Heinz Pitsch, Sexy Hair president and CEO says. “We believe that caring is sexy. The mission of Look Good, Feel Better aligns with what we do, too.  We both want to empower women to be their best selves.”

Ambassador for Look Good, Feel Better, ovarian cancer survivor and America's Got Talent contestant Calysta Bevier moved the crowd to tears with a performance of the Sia song, “Titanium,” which champions the power of inner strength.

Prior to the party, Jennifer Weiderman, vice president of marketing and education for Sexy Hair, Sloane La Martina, Director of Communications and Pitsch met with the press to introduce some of the 2017 product launches and initiatives, including a new marketing campaign and social media challenge.

“Our new imagery features the model in a stylist’s red chair, sending the message that our focus is on the professional,” Pitsch says. “We also show more elaborate, artistic hair because we were really inspired by our teams and their talent.”
