In Fall 2015, the salon launched a successful city-wide campaign that brought in a record number of new clients. Wanting to make them feel welcome while ensuring a lifelong relationship, the marketing team designed an envelope that includes a welcome from company president Scott Missad and an incentive to come in for a second visit.

“This program has been very successful in our salon, and helps our talented staff continue to build a loyal clientele,” Missad says.
