Progressions worked with the Imaginal Marketing Group to welcome new neighbors and potential clients into the neighborhood with gift-card mailers. The cards offer a $20 gift card that can be used with any service, and Progressions partnered with a local direct-mail company to get address lists of new homebuyers and mailed the cards in branded envelopes.

“Consider it our version of homemade apple pie,” the card reads.
