The positive results invigorate and inspire clients and staff members alike.

Process: Potential Divas are nominated by friends and family and, if chosen, spend a day receiving a manicure, pedicure, facial, makeup application, blowout, lunch and flowers.

How it’s marketed: Diva for a Day Foundation, Inc., markets the philanthropic idea to all participating salons, which includes more than 30 salons in nine states, according to Peggy Matzen and Debbie Sestokas of Diva for a Day.
