2013 STAMP Recruitment Brochure Winner: Inspire Greatness

Inspire Greatness
Inspire Greatness Aveda Institutes
Denver, Colorado
Owned by: Dale Lemonds

Lemonds developed this brochure to quickly inform interested leads on the institute’s programs and admissions process. “It condenses a great deal of information into a convenient, eye-catching brochure, but we purposely left off tuition costs so interested leads will personally connect to our admissions team,” says Lemonds. “On the back of the front flap is a call to action to schedule a tour and thereby receive a free gift.”

The institutes deliver these brochures to salons, spas, high schools and job placement offices, in additional to distributing them at community events. “Salon stylists and spa technicians can use these brochures to help us recruit students, adding their name to the ‘referred by’ line in order to secure a referral bonus,” says Lemonds.
