Judges comments:

“I love the chandeliers over the shampoo bowls—very unique!”

—Nelson

“Cool lighting and wall treatment in the wash station—I love the yellow and blue!”

—Locker

“The lighting system separates this space from other salons very nicely.”

—Sansevero and Cronk

“One of our favorite features is the use of wall soffits on the cutting floor. This space has 17 ft. ceilings, so my intention was to bring down the visual height of the space and make it more intimate. Because I kept the color story of the cutting floor a monochromatic mix of white, grays and neutrals, the gradiated orange and turquoise glass gives visual interest to the walls and reinforces the colors used throughout the rest of the space.”
