360° Announces Speaker Lineup

This year’s line up includes keynote speakers Dr. Bob Nelson, author of “Managing for Dummies” and “1001 Ways to Reward Employees” and Jason Dorsey, entrepreneur, who will speak on crossing the generational gap for more effective communication with your employees.

Keynote speaker Kristi Valenzuela, founder of Crystal Focus Salon Coaching, will take your salon to the next level with her tips on customer service and “people skills for profitability.”

Other classes include “The Business of Schools” with Kohler Academy owner Jill Kohler, “The Business of Color” with MODERN SALON Editor-in-Chief Mary Atherton and “The Business of Spa” with spa consultant Bonnie Canavino.
